Teeth In a Day

Known by many trade names such as “Teeth In a Day”, “All on Four”, “A Clear Choice” and many others. These procedures reconstruct a full set of failing natural teeth simultaneously or replace a denture for a fixed option.

Teeth In a Day allow patients who are having teeth extracted to have their implants placed the same day and restorations done immediately. This has multiple benefits: shortening treatment time, preventing bone loss around the extraction sockets, and eliminating time spent without teeth.

In the past, having missing teeth replaced with dental implants used to be a process that took months to complete. The dentist usually has to wait for the jaw bone and gums to heal after the implant has been inserted in the jaw. Now, the wait has been eliminated, making the prospect of having the teeth replaced more appealing.

Teeth in a Day • All-on-X

This is one of the most popular and exciting procedures performed today.  It provides you with a brand-new set of permanent teeth in the shortest time possible

Our surgeons have performed hundreds of Full arch implant cases. The surgery itself is performed in one day under sedation anesthesia in the office. The preparation in advance can take between 1-6 months. “All-ON-Xrefers to a set of upper or lower teeth (called a Hybrid denture) supported by “X” number of implants. This is either four, five, or six implants.  Each set of teeth = one arch (a complete set of upper and lower teeth= two arches or “dual arch”).

What to Expect With
Teeth In a Day

Dentures are a removable prosthesis with varying success. Often, dentures can be painful, inconvenient and unstable. Troublesome dentures can make chewing foods difficult limiting the foods that you once enjoyed. Modern dentistry can help with the Hybrid Prosthesis. The Hybrid Prosthesis treatment concept replaces your missing teeth with a full dental bridge supported by a specific number of dental implants and a titanium reinforcement. This unique solution also ensures greater stability in the bone (since all of the implants are fixed together like supports on a highway bridge).  Typically, a temporary set of teeth can be placed on the same day of surgery. The temporary teeth allow you to lead a normal life immediately after surgery. After a short healing period, your dentist will placed the final bridge. Your quality of life is improved, and you can start enjoying your favorite foods again with renewed confidence.  This procedure is not appropriate for every patient and must be carefully considered with other options before removing all your remaining natural teeth.

Scientifically proven and documented. The Hybrid Prosthesis is supported by excellent clinical outcomes from studies over a decade with favorable results.
